Good news for beer lovers. A new study has reported that every day one and a half pints beer drinkers get older. Studies say that drinkers who drink one and a half pints of beer every day are 81 percent more likely to live longer than those who do not drink beer. This study has been done by Maastricht University in the Netherlands.


What Else Does Study Say?

This study has shown that people who drink three shots of whiskey and two glasses of beer every day live longer than those who do not drink and their average age reaches 90 years. For this study, researchers analyzed a drinking Habit of 5,500 people. Researchers analyzed the drinking habit of these people for this study for two decades.

This study establishes a relationship between drinking beer and longevity. Pete van, the author associated with the study, says that one theory also says that drinking is beneficial for heart health. But this does not mean that you drink too much. Drinking too much may not be beneficial for you but can be harmful.

Let us tell you that the National Health Service (NHS) recommends not to drink more than 14 units every week. If you take more than this beer or alcohol in a week, it is harmful to your health. However, it is also true that drinking beer and alcohol is very harmful to health. This can lead to many diseases. Your liver may be impaired.

Researchers say that this study does not mean that non-drinkers also started drinking. This study has not been done for the purpose that people start drinking.
