The furor over firing in Jamia:

Let us tell you that in the past days there have been three incidents of firing in the area around Jamia. On the day of Mahatma Gandhi’s death anniversary, when a march was being carried out by the students in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act, a person came and opened air firing in which only one student of Jamia was injured.

Apart from this, two firing incidents have taken place in the last three days only, Delhi Police has started an investigation on these cases. At the same time, the opposition is questioning the government regarding this.

These incidents have taken place after the slogans raised by Anurag Thakur while addressing the election meeting in Delhi. On which Asaduddin Owaisi also questioned. In his tweet, Owaisi alleged that the firing was caused by Anurag Thakur’s inflammatory speech.
